PRIVACY

Privacy policy.

This policy covers the website meshploy.com. Last updated 3 October 2026.

Who we are

Meshploy is an open-source project run by Pritthish Nath, based in India. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].

The Meshploy software collects nothing for us

Meshploy is software you install on your own servers. It has no telemetry and sends us nothing about your installation, your apps or your users. This policy is only about this website.

What this website collects

When you use the contact form

Your name, email address, company if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.

Visitor statistics

We count page views with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we run on our own server. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, ignores visitors whose browser asks not to be tracked, and does not record search terms in addresses. We see totals such as pages viewed, referring sites, countries and device types, not who you are.

Spam protection

The contact form uses hCaptcha to tell people from bots. hCaptcha processes information about your browser and device to do that, under its own privacy policy.

Who processes your data

  • Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our email, where our email provider stores them in the inbox we answer from. Their privacy policy ↗
  • hCaptcha protects the contact form from spam. Their privacy policy ↗
  • DigitalOcean hosts this website on its App Platform, and handles the technical data any web request carries, such as IP addresses. Their privacy policy ↗
  • Cloudflare is the delivery network DigitalOcean serves the website through, and sees the same request data. Their privacy policy ↗

These services may store or process data on servers outside your country, under their own safeguards. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and deleted no later than two years after our last exchange. Visitor statistics hold no personal details and are kept as totals.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. These rights come from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and, if you are in the European Union, the GDPR, which also lets you complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This website is meant for developers and businesses, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
